These terms govern use of the Boldbeam website only. They are separate from the commercial terms that govern the purchase and provision of Boldbeam's services, which are set out in the applicable services agreement.
01About these terms
This website at www.boldbeam.ai (the "Site") is operated by BOLDBEAM B.V. ("Boldbeam", "we"), registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 97629901, at Stokerkade 60, 1019 XA Amsterdam. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted on the Site applies to your use.
02Who may use the Site
The Site is intended for business and professional users. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and, where you act for an organisation, that you are authorised to do so. The Site is provided from the Netherlands; we make no representation that its content is appropriate or available in other locations, and you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
03Permitted use
You may view and use the Site and its content for your own internal business and informational purposes. Where we make research or reports available, you may read and share them for your own internal use with attribution, but you may not sell, redistribute, or use them to build a competing product without our written permission.

14Governing law and disputes
These Terms of Use, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Site, are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands. If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
